Terms of Service

Welcome to Pocket TV. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pocket TV mobile application ("App") operated by Increments Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Pocket TV is a free live TV streaming application that provides access to:

• 1491+ live television channels from around the world
• Sports, News, and Entertainment content categories
• Picture-in-Picture (PiP) mode for multitasking
• DLNA casting functionality to Smart TVs
• Favorite channels management
• Watch history tracking
• Multi-language support (English and Bengali)
• Multiple streaming quality options (up to 1080p HD)

The App is provided completely free of charge with no subscription fees, no in-app purchases, and no advertisements.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with your parent or guardian.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

Creating an account is completely free and does not require any credit card or payment information. You may register using:

• Email address and password
• Phone number with OTP verification

3.2 Account Purpose

User accounts are used for:

• Bot protection and preventing automated abuse
• Syncing your preferences across multiple devices
• Saving your favorite channels
• Preserving your watch history

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the App
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell access to the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage our reputation

5. Content

5.1 Third-Party Content

The App provides access to live television streams from publicly available sources. We do not own, control, or host the streaming content. All content is provided by third-party broadcasters and content owners.

5.2 Content Availability

Channel availability may vary based on your location and network conditions. We do not guarantee that any particular channel or content will be available at all times. Channels may be added, removed, or modified without prior notice.

5.3 Content Filtering

We implement content filtering to exclude inappropriate content. However, we cannot guarantee that all content will be suitable for all audiences. Viewer discretion is advised.

6. App Features

6.1 DLNA Casting

The App allows you to cast content to DLNA-compatible Smart TVs on your local network. This feature requires location permission to discover devices on your WiFi network. We do not track or store your location data.

6.2 Picture-in-Picture

The Picture-in-Picture feature allows you to continue watching content while using other apps. This feature is subject to your device's capabilities and operating system support.

6.3 Favorites and Sync

When signed in, your favorite channels and watch history are synced across your devices. This data is stored securely and used solely to enhance your viewing experience.

7. Intellectual Property

The Pocket TV name, logo, and App design are the property of Increments Inc. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

The streaming content accessible through the App is owned by respective broadcasters and content providers. We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Security or freedom from viruses or harmful components

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCREMENTS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use of the App

Since the App is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (which is zero).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Increments Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Conduct that may harm other users or our services

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Increments Inc. operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
